Refund Policy

1. Purchases Through the Apple App Store

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds for them — we are unable to refund these charges ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with the Apple ID you purchased with and selecting the FORG charge. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

2. Purchases Through Google Play

Within 48 hours of a charge, you can request a refund directly from Google at Google Play's refund page. After 48 hours, email us at info@forg.fit from the account you subscribed with and we will review your request.

3. Purchases on Our Website

Purchases made on our website are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@forg.fit within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund. This applies to the first charge after a trial and to renewal charges alike. You can also reach Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your invoice and request help with any charge.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep full access until the end of the current billing period; it does not by itself trigger a refund for time already paid, and we do not offer prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

5. Free Trials

If your plan starts with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you forget and are charged for a website purchase, Section 3 applies; for App Store or Google Play purchases, contact Apple or Google as described above.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
